At Ualani 808 Tours LLC, we deliver our services in the form of guided tours in the North and East shores on the island of Oahu, Hawaii.Below is an outline of how our services are processed and provided.

1. Tour Confirmation and Booking Process
~Once you complete a booking on our website , you will receive an automated confirmation email containing:

~Date and time of your tour
~Meeting location and check-in

2. Delivery of Services
~All tours are delivered in person at the scheduled date and time.
~Custmoers must arrive at least 15 minutes eary before the start of the tour.
~A government- issued ID or confirmation emailmay be required for check-in.

3. Changes to Delivery
We reserve the right to reschedule or modify a tour due to:
~Severe weather condtions
~Safety concerns
~Unforseen logistical issues
~Minimum group size not met
In such cases, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.

To ensure timely and successful delivery of your tour:
~Please verify that all booing details(names, contact info, tour date)are correct before finalizing payment.
~Keep your confirmation email available.
~Ensure your contact information is current in case we need to reach you before your tour.

5. Missed or Late Arrivals
~Tours start promptly. NO REFUNDS will be issued for missed tours due to late arrival or no-show.
If you anticipate being late, contact us as soon as possible to explore rescheduling options(subject to availability and our cancellation policy)which is no less than 48 hours for cancelation. If there are no time slots for rescheduling the tour there will be no refund issued due to late arrivals.

We strive to provide an unforgettable experience for every guest. This Return and Refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds issued for bookings with UALANI808toursllc.

1. Cancellation by Customer:
Full Refund Eligibility:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to scheduled tour will recieve 100% refund.
No refund:
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour will not be refunded.
No-Shows or missed tours due to late arrival are not eligible for a refund.

We may cancel a tour due to:
~Severe weather conditions
~Minimum group size not met
~Operational or unforseen issues
In such cases, you will receive:
~A full refund, or
~ The option to reschedule your tour at no extra cost

3. Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule your tour 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
We reserve the right to deny reschedule requests made less than 48 hours before your tour. If denied there will be no refund issued due to the rescheduling being less than 48 hours in advance stated in the policy given.

~Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at booking.
~Processing may take 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution.
If your refund is delayed beyond 10 business days, please contact us.
